Dr. Flores has extensive, advanced training in neuroanatomy, neurobiology, sex therapy and counseling sexology, ethical and legal issues in clinical mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy, systemic sandplay, and Jungian trauma-focused therapy for adults who have experienced childhood harm, neglect, and abuse.​ She teaches doctoral-level courses in Counselor Education and Supervision and masters-level courses in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy. Dr. Flores provides continuing education for clinicians who strive to become systemic, ethically sound clinicians and supervisors.
